HYROX Studio Head Coach - GOLD'S GYM - Little Elm

The HYROX Head Coach at Gold’s Gym Little Elm’s HYROX Performance Center will lead North America’s first HYROX-specific training facility. This role is responsible for delivering world-class HYROX programming, developing and managing a team of coaches, elevating member the experience, ensuring the studio is maintained, scheduling and managing our programs, driving monthly membership growth, and ensuring high member retention.

• Mentor, train, and evaluate HYROX-certified coaches to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery.
• Lead regular team meetings to review performance, programming updates, and upcoming events.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with coaches regarding class expectations, attendance goals, and member feedback.

• Create and manage the studio schedule to ensure balanced program offerings that meet member demand and classes are meeting attendance targets.
• Coordinate sub coverage and staffing to ensure all classes are covered for the best member experience.
• Ensure programming is scalable for all fitness levels while maintaining proper form, safety, and efficiency.

• Host monthly and quarterly events for members to complete race sims, PFT and other creative member engagement.

• Collaborate with managers, fitness support team and marketing teams to implement campaigns that drive new member sign-ups, increase participation, and upsell skill session performance training and offer specialty programs.

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe training environment.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Gold’s Gym HYROX through a social group page and in gym events.
