  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a multinational environment, ideally in business controlling, commercial finance, or supply chain controlling within FMCG, luxury, retail, or consulting

  • Strong business partnering capabilities with a proactive, performance-driven, and consulting-oriented mindset, combined with the confidence to constructively challenge senior stakeholders

  • Solid experience in financial planning, performance analysis, cost management, and translating data into actionable recommendations for decision-making

  • Good understanding of operational and supply chain drivers, including logistics costs, inventory, service levels, and working capital, with the ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes

  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with a structured problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize complex topics into clear messages, insightful reports, and practical recommendations

  • Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating effectively across finance, commercial, and operations or supply chain teams
