This position reports to:
Order Handling Team Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
This role is contributing to the MOTR Service.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Managing customer orders end-to-end in ERP systems (from order entry to invoicing)
- Coordinating order execution with Sales, Logistics, Service and Finance teams
- Monitoring order status and ensuring on-time delivery
- Verifying commercial data (prices, terms and conditions, Incoterms)
- Communicating with customers and resolving operational issues
- Supporting continuous improvement of the order-to-cash process
This role is contributing to the MOTR Service.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
- Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Acting as the first port of call for customers’ queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
- Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
Qualifications for the role
- Good understanding of order-to-cash processes and related workflows
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and good system literacy
- Strong attention to detail, especially in data verification (pricing, master data, contracts)
- Good command of English (min. B2)
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational challenges under time pressure
- Knowledge of Incoterms and basic commercial terms
- Understanding of compliance and internal control requirements
