Lead Program Office & Solution Design

The Instructional Designer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions that align with the Skills and Education business unit’s mission to enhance community capabilities and contribute to nation-building. This role will focus on creating impactful training programs that integrate adult learning principles, leverage cutting-edge instructional technologies, and support the unit’s commitment to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). The position will ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and measurable learning experiences that drive training effectiveness and efficiency.
