Responsibilities Delivers high-quality work on time, communicates diligently with internal and external stakeholders, and builds strong relationships with agency partners and global production teams. Stays up to date with tools, processes, and field-related training, shares knowledge as part of their day-to-day, and gets involved with internal initiatives when required. Qualifications Must have skills: • Deep experience designing for large brands, including strong understanding of brand consistency, modularity, and scalability. This with a focus on email campaigns but experience with websites is applicable • Systems thinking: experience expanding or operationalizing a design system for new use cases (especially web/landing-page patterns). • Hands-on print production knowledge (specs, file setup) and comfort owning design through production. • Experience working with large, cross-functional organizations and multi-step review/approval processes.
