
HR Generalist (Bilingual KOR/ENG)
Job Description
The HR Generalist supports daily HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and leave management. This role ensures consistent application of HR policies, maintains accurate employee records, and provides guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters. The HR Generalist also assists with HR projects and partners with internal teams to uphold compliance and improve overall workplace effectiveness.
