Executive - Business Development_India

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Science or IT/Computer Science.
• 2 – 6 years' experience in an IT sales environment/BPO industry. Exposure to European Market will be an added advantage.
• Europe Shift Timing. 1 to 10 PM IST 
• Should be proficient in English. Speaking and Writing.
• Willing to do 120 calls a day. Cold calling is a must as part of this job profile.
• Should be well versed on LinkedIn. Should have a valid LinkedIn profile with at least 100+ connections.
• Should have prior experience using one CRM system and should be able to explain the process flow.
• Should have done enough research about Photon offerings and should be able to explain during interview process. This will be a minimum benchmark.
• Identify/Assessing potential clients and fix meetings according to our key services areas. 
• Highly motivated and ability to achieve the targets/expectations set by the organization.
• Candidate should be open to work from Chennai office.
• Notice period in current organization should be less than 15- 20 days.
