What you´ll do Regional owner of Supplier Quality Development strategy for the Americas, aligned with global SQD direction Direct leadership and development of the Supplier Quality organization, including performance management, capability building, and succession planning Final regional authority for supplier quality escalations, including containment, stop ship decisions, and executive level supplier engagement Accountability for supplier attributable cost recovery, including chargebacks, claims, and cost of poor quality (COPQ) restitution Key contributor to global supplier quality governance, representing the Americas region
