Essential Position Functions:
  • Teach private lessons, clinics, and team practices 
  • Communicates all issues and programs with the Director of Fitness and Sports Courts to ensure all policies are consistent 
  • Assists residents and guests with court reservations and booking as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sports programming and the game of Pickleball.
  • Must be in excellent physical condition.
Educational Experiences and Requirements:
  • Professional Certification from the IPTPA or PPA.
  • CPR, AED, First Aid Certifications.
  • 5 years’ experience and/or the equivalent experience and training in a private, member-owned club/space. Hospitality resort experience, preferred
Compensation:
Compensation is based on the instructor’s lesson rate and the number of participants enrolled in each clinic/session. Final hourly earnings may vary depending on experience, scheduling, and clinic participation levels.
