
Stores Guest Service Agent
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Stores Guest Service Agent is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing merchandise and supplies in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations. This role ensures accurate stock handling, inventory control, cleanliness of storage areas, and timely communication of stock levels to support smooth operational efficiency.
This role is island‑based and requires working on a rostered stay‑on‑island schedule.
Job Summary
- Receive, inspect, label, and distribute goods to designated departments
- Ensure correct storage, rotation, and handling of stock, including perishables
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors
- Refuse damaged, incorrect, or sub-standard deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage, cold rooms, and equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
- Complete required documentation and requisition forms accurately
- Support team operations and maintain professional communication
- Perform manual handling duties and other tasks as assigned
