Manager, AML Monitoring QC

PURPOSE OF JOB: Reporting to the Head of FLOD, the main responsibility of this role is to support the Head of FLOD to implement a robust QC and Training process AML transaction monitoring team and provide an assurance of the quality of alert investigation undertaken in the unit. Ensure new policies and procedures released by Regulator and Group Compliance are understood and team is trained accordingly. The AVP – AML TM Quality Checks and Training, must be able to build and maintain a robust training and quality framework for the team that will be spread between GBS, WNS and UAE.
