Operations Manager

The Operations Manager (High Value) will oversee our High Value teammates that consist of both procurement teammates and customer service. This role will be responsible for ensuring we are covering shipments, following our SOPs, communicating updates to customers, and continuing to grow our portfolio of High Value carriers. Ensures the organization complies with all AIT policy and standards.
