Manager, Value Based Care Accounting

The Manager, Value‑Based Care Accounting is responsible for the accounting execution, close ownership, and financial integrity of the organization’s value‑based care (VBC), risk‑bearing, and managed care arrangements. This role supports the Director of Healthcare Accounts Receivable exclusively as it relates to VBC activities and serves as the primary accounting owner for VBC entities, joint ventures, and contracts. The Manager translates VBC operational and actuarial activity into accurate financial reporting, owning month‑end close, reconciliations, estimates, and documentation. This is a hands‑on accounting leadership role requiring strong technical judgment, comfort with estimates and IBNR, and the ability to operate independently in a complex, multi‑entity healthcare environment.
