You will take charge of Vaigo's AI roadmap and ensure that our AI approach aligns with our business strategy, international ambitions and social impact.
Key missions:

- OutlineVaigo'sAI strategy and roadmap in line with the company'sobjectives.
- Identifyandprioritiseuse cases that deliver the most value for employers and employees (e.g.personalisednudges, predictive analytics, real-time recommendationssuch as roadworks).
- Substantiate the business case and ROI of AI projects and defend them to management,investorsand partners.
- Conduct trend analysis and market research on AI,dataand mobility, and translate this into concrete opportunities forVaigo.
- Develop partnerships with technology companies, researchinstitutionsand ecosystems to accelerate innovation.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams (sales, product, development) and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on skills on setting up AI-applications
- Ensuring ethical and legal compliance in AI applications (e.g.GDPR, transparency, bias).
- Inspiring internal teams and communicating our vision so that employees understand and help develop the AI strategy.
