Overview SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST We are looking for an experienced Salesforce / Veeva CRM Business Analyst to join a growing international team supporting complex CRM operations and transformation initiatives across global markets
In this role, you will act as a key link between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients, helping drive efficient delivery, high-quality solutions, and continuous improvement within the Veeva and Salesforce ecosystem
do As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with international stakeholders across multiple regions, with a strong focus on the APAC region and the Japanese market
You will support CRM-related initiatives, business process improvements, release configurations, and operational efficiencies, while ensuring smooth collaboration between teams across different time zones
Act as a consultant and trusted partner for internal engineering teams and business stakeholders Support CRM-related initiatives within the Veeva and Salesforce ecosystem Analyze and validate business
for release configurations and system changes Coordinate with stakeholders on configuration settings and business impact assessments Maintain and optimize Salesforce development environments to ensure smooth daily operations Document business processes and functional
to support onboarding and operational consistency Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives What we’re looking for 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role within the Salesforce or Veeva ecosystem Strong understanding of enterprise CRM platforms and business processes Experience working in international, cross-functional environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Fluent English communication skills Technical skills Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Veeva CRM Veeva Vault Salesforce.com Understanding of Salesforce data models SQL knowledge and experience working with enterprise databases Familiarity with SDLC processes and business analysis methodologies Experience with functional documentation and use case modeling Additional information Why should you join Publicis Groupe
