Team Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of consulting and implementation initiatives, working closely with Managers and Directors to identify opportunities with issuers, merchants, and other key ecosystem players
Develop structured frameworks, methodologies, and recommendations that effectively address client opportunities and business challenges
Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries, ensuring clarity, rigor, and actionable insights aligned to client expectations
Performance Management & Reporting
Track and measure program KPIs
Analyze results, generate insights, and support a continuous improvement cycle
Collaboration
Act as a liaison across functional teams, ensuring alignment and consistency across local, regional, and global stakeholders
Foster a collaborative and integrated working environment
Business Analysis
Structure information and datasets to enable robust analysis
Synthesize findings into clear business cases, project results, and strategic recommendations
Client Engagement
Support and strengthen client relationships through consistent, high-quality interactions
Contribute to client discussions by providing data-driven insights and structured perspectives

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Undergraduate Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or Actuary
- 3-5 years of work experience in financial services, payments, consulting and similar
- Project management skills given that this role involves the support on the execution of multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and multiple markets simultaneously.
- English and Spanish required (written, verbal) who will deliver strategic thought leadership, problem diagnostics and high impact solutions to clients support the growth and performance. Candidates must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with internal and external clients and across the Visa organization. This is an individual contributor role, will be located in Panama City
