Job Summary Salt + Ash, the culinary centerpiece at Hawks Cay Resort, is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our elevated farm-to-table dining experience. Created by renowned Florida native, Top Chef, and Michelin-star winner Jeremy Ford, Salt + Ash celebrates the connection between ocean, farm, fire, and the natural bounty of the Florida Keys. The Restaurant GM will oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations for this high-volume, fine-dining venue. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, deliver outstanding financial performance, maintain the highest standards of service and culinary excellence, and build a positive, high-performing team aligned with Hawks Cay Resort’s “barefoot luxury” hospitality culture.
