We're looking for a Digital Associate Director to join our global Essity team, working with one of the world's leading hygiene and health companies. About the Client Essity is a global leader in hygiene and health solutions, operating across feminine care, incontinence care and consumer tissue brands. With a strong presence in Europe and growing markets across the Americas and Asia, Essity is known for purpose-driven marketing and award-winning campaigns including Viva La Vulva and Periodsomnia. Zenith has partnered with Essity since 2013 and continues to play a key role in driving innovation, transformation and growth across its global portfolio. Responsibilities As Digital Associate Director, you'll sit at the intersection of digital strategy and client leadership, helping to shape and deliver best-in-class digital solutions for a major global client. You'll be responsible for developing integrated digital strategies, leading senior client conversations and helping to drive Essity's digital transformation agenda across brands and markets. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders, industry-leading partners and global teams across the Publicis network. What You'll Be Doing Develop and present digital and integrated campaign strategies for global and regional initiatives. Provide strategic channel recommendations and activation guidance across key digital platforms. Translate performance data, analytics and market insights into actionable recommendations for clients. Lead end-to-end delivery of digital-focused projects, owning stakeholder management and project execution. Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies and industry developments, identifying opportunities that create value for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key platform partners including Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders. Collaborate closely with strategy, operations, search, creative and channel specialist teams across Zenith and the wider Publicis Groupe network Qualifications What We're Looking For Proven experience in a client-facing digital strategy, digital planning or media role within an agency environment. Strong client management skills and experience scoping and leading strategic projects. Excellent understanding of the digital media landscape, platforms, audiences and data capabilities. Practical experience working with platforms such as DV360, Google Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager. Strong analytical, presentation and storytelling skills. Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders. Experience collaborating with multiple agency partners and specialist teams.
