Cashier

Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently managing transactions. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their payment method.
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, or check payments and provide correct change as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Answer customers’ questions and address any concerns or complaints politely.
• Restock items at the checkout counter and assist with inventory management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a cashier or retail role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
