Job Description
TThe role is for a innovative candidate to manage end-to-end lifecycle management of proprietary product for mass or aspiring segments. The cCandidate will be focusing on enhancing the product proposition to customers, customer experience, driving targeted acquisition in the segments, aand delivering business growth through right-carding initiatives for the business.
PProduct Strategy & Roadmap:
DDefine and own the product roadmap, aligning with overall business goals and customer needs. This covers all initiatives related to the ddevelopment of new product and/or features and functionality of products including developing business cases, requirements definition, pproduct enhancements innovation, feature management based on customer and industry research and enhance proposition experience to ccustomers. Own P&L of the respective product and drive towards product cost v/s spends optimization initiatives.
SStakeholder Management:
CCollaborate with marketing, proposition, tech, operations, compliance etc. teams to deliver superior experience to customers across the product llllife cycle. Ensure necessary product approvals are procured from all stakeholders.
DData & Insights:
UUse customer insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence to drive feature development and prioritization. Thorough financial acumen and PP&L management for the segments. Optimized cost to deliver more value to customers.
RRegulatory Compliance:
EEnsure all product initiatives comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
TThe candidate should possess the following attributes:
Post Graduate with 2-3 years of work experience. Experience in credit cards / retail lending processes will be preferable.
Experience in products, driving adoption and digitization customer experiences.
Should possess good communication / interpersonal / problem solving skills.
