Position: Radiology Tech Student
Department: Diagnostic Imaging
Location: Marlette, MI 
Hours: Casual

Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a Radiology Tech Student within our Radiology department. We are looking for those with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide our patients the highest quality of services.
 
REQUIREMENTS:                               
  • Enrollment in an accredited Radiologic Technology educational program.
  • Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols accurately.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations.
  • Previous experience or clinical exposure in a healthcare or radiology setting.
  • Familiarity with radiographic equipment and imaging software.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Radiology Technologist Student you will engage in a comprehensive clinical learning experience designed to develop your proficiency in diagnostic imaging procedures. This role focuses on applying theoretical knowledge in real-world healthcare settings, ensuring patient safety and comfort while producing high-quality radiographic images. You will collaborate closely with experienced radiologic technologists and healthcare professionals to understand imaging protocols, equipment operation, and patient care standards. The ultimate goal is to prepare you for certification and a successful career as a licensed Radiology Technologist by gaining hands-on experience and mastering essential technical and interpersonal skills. Your contribution will support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning, directly impacting patient outcomes within the Health Care and Social Assistance industry.
