Lead Technician

The Lead Technician supports day-to-day shift operations through hands-on technical and operational work while providing on-shift coordination and technical guidance. This role serves as a working lead and on-shift point of contact to support operational continuity, safety, and efficiency, while remaining actively engaged in operational and maintenance activities while on shift.
