Securities Trading Attorney

Susquehanna has a job opportunity available for a securities trading attorney to join our in-house counsel/legal team. In this role, you will focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements related to the trading and financing of securities and other exchange-traded and OTC financial products (clearing agreements, prime brokerage agreements, ISDAs, MCAs, etc.). Your role will be that of a liaison, strategizing with trading desks, operations, compliance, tax and other colleagues on a comprehensive array of issues that are as diverse and multifaceted as our continually evolving business.
