Maintenance Technician II with a 2-bedroom unit (The Osborne Place-1418)

Position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II with Housing to work at Osborne Place, a 64-unit Disabled/Special needs property in Pacoima, CA. HS diploma/GED/equivalent preferred. Must have a valid DL and clean DMV record. Must have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, including electrical and plumbing. HVAC preferred. Salary range: $20.60- $33.20 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $20.60 - $26.90 per hour, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. Please note that a cleaning deposit is required and employee will be responsible for utilities.
