
HR Shared Services Analyst - Shenzhen

What you’ll do:
This Associate Analyst role, based in Shenzhen within the HRS NAEA team, is responsible for delivering high-quality HR transactional services. The role focuses on end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through pension administration. By ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency across HR activities, this role enhances the employee experience, provides reliable support to HRBPs and managers, and contributes to overall business continuity and productivity.
"A. Employee Lifecycle & HR Services
• Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle services, including pre-onboarding, reference check, Day 1 activities, offboarding, labor contract and personnel file management, internal transfers, and retirement
• Partner with HRBPs, employees, and managers to resolve queries and deliver timely, high-quality HR Services support, ensuring alignment across workstreams and overall HR target
• Coordinate insurance-related activities with vendors and support routine expense reimbursement checks and renewals
B. Systems, Data & Local Compliance
• Maintain system data integrity, manage payroll loader data, and support online reporting and data accuracy for payroll-related processes
• Provide end-to-end support for work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for locally hired foreign employees, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and smooth coordination throughout the process
• Support various employee-related application processes in accordance with local regulations, including but not limited to special working hours, public rental housing, and high-tech engineer qualification programs
C. Continuous Improvement & Project Support
• Collaborate across HR Services workstreams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with overall HR targets
• Apply CI tools and methodologies to drive a digital mindset and improve process efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Actively participate in internal and external projects, contributing to organizational initiatives
• Serve as a team backup to ensure business continuity during emergencies and perform other assignments as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for a degree in Human Resources.
"- Solid knowledge of HR functions, with a strong focus on labor law–related policies and compliance
- 3+ years of experience in HR functions"
"- Working knowledge of HR operational processes, including employee lifecycle management and documentation.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee data management, including personnel lifecycle and payroll-related data maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including O365), with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written English communication skills preferred"
