Oncology Nurse Navigator

The Nurse Navigator will be responsible for coordinating service and identified patients through a complete health system by assisting with access issues, identifying resources, providing educational material, and developing relationships with service providers and community. The Nurse Navigator coordinates the care in a timely and efficient manner, identifying and eliminating barriers to care.
