Job Description
This role is responsible to lead and drive the strategy, growth, and service excellence of the affluent segment within retail banking. Managing affluent client portfolios, deepening client relationships, enhancing product penetration (across investments, liabilities, and lending), and ensuring superior customer experience through a high-performing Executive Portfolio Manager (EPM) and Prestige Portfolio Manager (PPM) network. This includes implementing effective coverage models, ensuring compliance, curbing mis-selling, and aligning with the bank’s overall objectives for revenue growth, client retention, and market share in the affluent space.
