Your Role: Commercial and Office Administrative Specialist
As Commercial and Office Administrative Specialist, you will provide site-based administrative and operational support across commercial, marketing, compliance, and office activities in Centurion, South Africa. In this role, you will help ensure efficient business processes by coordinating marketing activities, supporting sales administration, and managing key office, contract, and compliance documentation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, webinars, conferences, and events, and maintain marketing materials and related reporting.
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs), quotes, sales documentation, and administrative coordination to support day-to-day commercial execution.
- Support Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training coordination, documentation, and office adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Administer contract records, renewal tracking, and document preparation, and support agency negotiation scheduling, briefs, and follow-through.
- Provide general office administration, meeting coordination, correspondence support, and copywriting for internal communications, presentations, and business documents.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education level - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or business support role, preferably within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), strong written and verbal communication skills (with fluent English), and proven copywriting ability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP
- Previous experience in the animal health or pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with South African business regulations and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
- Experience with marketing coordination or event management
