Position Summary

At Sciton, we’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of sales across the Australian market. As the Area Sales Manager for Australia, you will take full ownership of sales performance and territory growth within your assigned region.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and strengthen Sciton’s market presence.
- Drive prospecting efforts, deliver compelling customer presentations, and conduct impactful product demonstrations.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plastic surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sale support and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Field Service and corporate teams.
- Manage your territory proactively, identifying new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
We’re seeking a highly motivated, self-driven sales professional who is committed to excellence and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of success selling capital equipment, ideally within the medical or aesthetic industries.
- Experience using ROI-based selling methodologies, with the ability to clearly communicate product value to a variety of audiences.
- A customer-focused mindset and a demonstrated ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Recognition for sales performance through achievements such as President’s Club, Rookie of the Year, or similar honors.
- The ability to travel extensively throughout the Long Island territory and effectively manage a fast-paced schedule.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred; however, equivalent practical experience will be considered for candidates who have distinguished themselves as top-performing sales professionals at a national or international level.
- Experience competing in professional sports or succeeding in another high-performance, highly competitive environment is strongly valued.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive base salary, monthly car allowance, and the opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive and profit-sharing bonus programs (subject to eligibility).
In addition to base compensation, the role includes a lucrative commission structure with performance-based bonuses and commission accelerators. Periodic sales incentive programs are also offered throughout the year.
Compensation is designed to provide strong earning potential, with the base salary representing at least 50% of expected annual earnings. Final salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
