Clinical House Manager

The right candidate for this role is responsible for the overall operation and clinical oversight of a 6-bed Adult Foster Care (AFC) home serving individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and mental health diagnoses. This role integrates targeted case management with residential service delivery, focusing on promoting resident independence, community integration, and quality of life.
