Each year, 140M children are born. Birth defects affect 1 in 33 births in developed countries, and in 50% of cases, they are not detected during prenatal examinations. Prenatal medicine is particularly complex, and the scans impose heavy responsibilities on healthcare professionals. They can also be a source of stress for future parents.
Resulting from 5 years of collaboration between world-renowned experts from Necker Hospital and Ecole Polytechnique, Sonio uses artificial intelligence to improve prenatal screening and diagnosis. Based on patented algorithms and a proprietary expert database, Sonio aims to become the reference tool to help practitioners improve screening, reduce diagnostic errors, and optimize pregnant women’s medical path.

About the role
As a Marketing Intern at Sonio, you will report to the Growth Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales. You’ll get hands-on experience shaping Sonio’s growth marketing strategy and launching high-impact campaigns tailored to the US healthcare market. You’ll also have the opportunity to dive deeper into analytics and revenue operations, learning how to track performance and contribute to our revenue pipeline.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): You’ll help identify, research, and target high-value healthcare accounts in the US market. You will assist in building personalized content assets, orchestrating outreach campaigns, and aligning with the Sales team to engage key decision-makers at target hospitals and clinics.
Growth Strategy: You’ll work alongside the Growth Marketing Manager to analyze and optimize the end-to-end prospect journey. You will help brainstorm tactics to generate new leads, develop experiments to improve conversion rates, and contribute actionable ideas to shape how we expand our footprint in the US healthcare market.
Analytics and reporting: You’ll help monitor marketing and sales KPIs and work on insightful dashboards, empowering our sales and marketing teams to make data-driven decisions.
CRM management: You’ll act as a co-pilot for our HubSpot CRM system, ensuring our marketing campaigns and sales activities run smoothly. You will assist in cleaning and organizing lead data, segmenting target lists for marketing campaigns, and ensuring accurate tracking of prospects as they move through the funnel.

You are comfortable with numbers: you can look beyond raw data to see the story and meaning behind it, translating metrics into actionable insights.
You have great organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
You are a strong, collaborative communicator who can convey ideas clearly and concisely.
You are highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and actively use AI tools to streamline your workflows. Any previous hands-on experience with HubSpot and with data visualization tools would be a major plus.
You are bilingual or possess professional-level fluency in English.
