Role Overview
The Front Office Assistant serves as the face of the school, delivering professional administrative support, managing daily school operations, and providing exceptional customer service to families, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and students in a friendly, professional manner.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, manage school emails, and route inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Student Records: Manage new student enrollment and accurately track daily student attendance.
- Administrative Support: Perform daily office tasks, including copying, scanning, filing documents, and other clerical duties as assigned.
