Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook II in our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center South, located in Jacksonville, FL.This is a Full-Time opportunity, primarily working various shift times between 6:30am and 6:30pm.

The ideal Cook II candidate will have a extensive kitchen experience and proven work history in a variety of stations.
 

As the Cook II, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing quality food using standardized recipes and proper safety and sanitation techniques
  • Serving regular and modified diet hot foods on patient tray line
  • Possessing the ability to batch cook
  • Following HACCP guidelines

Education & Credential Requirements:  

  • High School Diploma/GED - Required 

  • Serve Safe Food Certification - Required
