Job Description
Purpose of the Role
This Account Manager will oversee the development and production of permanent and semi-permanent fixtures for Meta India, ensuring that all solutions are aligned with Meta’s brand standards and adapted to local retailer requirements. The role involves close collaboration with Meta stakeholders, HH Global’s internal teams, and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality, production-ready displays.
Key Responsibilities
Adapt global MGFS fixture designs to meet Indian retailer specifications (e.g. Reliance Digital, Croma, Lotus)
Oversee supplier briefing, prototyping, and production timelines
Ensure all production outputs meet Meta’s quality, safety, and sustainability standards
Collaborate with the Global Design Lead and Technical Buyer to align production with sourcing strategy
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout development and production
Train and educate suppliers and internal stakeholders on fixture specifications and production protocols
Ensure compliance with internal HH Global reporting and external Meta reporting requirements
Handover completed production assets and documentation to the Installation & Maintenance Account Manager for rollout execution
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in POSM, retail display, or marketing services
Strong 3D POSM experience from a client service, design, or production perspective
Experience working with Indian consumer electronics retailers
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Comfortable working independently and remotely, while collaborating effectively across global and local teams
Skilled in analysing and interpreting data, including client reports and performance metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (e.g. Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) alongside project tracking tools
Experience working within contracted environments, adhering to strict SLAs and KPIs
Be comfortable in client meetings to become an extension of the client team
Interact and provide high levels of comfort to the client on campaign management
