Job Description
• Lead the business operations, administration and delivery of key strategic initiatives and business plans in the Office of the Executive Director, Private Banking & Wealth Management Division. • Manage the ED’s office business project initiation, planning, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation to drive actualization of set business goals and aspirations of the Bank. • Manage business communications and relationship with critical internal and external stakeholders in the ED’s office. • Provide market intelligence and business advisory to facilitate competitive business decisions, solutions product papers and key interventions to position the Bank for success in the delineated regions. • Lead the tasks, processes and programs to grow Groups performance on key parameters in line with the targets sets for the financial year. • Coordinate the business strategy implementation, market growth initiatives and performance of the Premium Services Banking.
