The primary focus of this position is to provide excellent customer service to physicians and patients referred for appointments/services at USF Health. Serves as the point of contact for patients being referred to USF Health to schedule provider referred appointments/services within the practice plan. Screens and processes internal referrals generated by USF Health and/or outside providers.
Required Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required.
2 years of customer service experience in healthcare - Required.

- Knowledge of Referral and Authorization Processes
| - Understanding of healthcare referral workflows, insurance requirements, and prior authorization procedures for visits, procedures, surgeries, and medications.
