Summer Internship 2026 (Quantity Surveying,Hong Kong)
Job Description
- Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
- Estimate and produce cost plans
- Compile and amend the tender list
- Draft procurement documentation
- Check and analyze tenders
- Draft tender report
- Deal with variations and the change control processes, negotiating less financially significant or complex matters
- Conduct cost checks and valuations
- Analyze numbers for the final accounts
- Liaise with the client, contractors, designers, etc
- Current undergraduate student of relevant discipline in Quantity Surveying/Cost Engineering/Building Services
- Good communication skill and eager to learn
