You’ll Make an Impact By
What You Will Do:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad spectrum of acute illnesses and injuries, including higher-acuity presentations
- Manage episodic and chronic conditions for walk-ins and same-day appointments for ages 2 and up
- Perform in-clinic procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting, and additional advanced interventions supported by the Super Center model
- Conduct physicals — sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual
- Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries
- Collaborate with a larger on-site clinical team to deliver exceptional care in a higher-volume, higher-complexity setting
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (higher-acuity, emergency medicine, or urgent care experience strongly preferred)
- Master’s degree (NP or PA) and current Georgia licensure
- ACLS / BLS certification (we will provide this if needed)
- Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals
- Working knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards
- Strong clinical judgment and confidence in medical best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems
- Team-based approach to patient care paired with respect for provider autonomy in decision-making
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (higher-acuity, emergency medicine, or urgent care experience strongly preferred)
- Master’s degree (NP or PA) and current Georgia licensure

- Extended-hours coverage with shift differential for evening hours
- Flexible schedules set 3 months in advance
- No on-call
- Limited weekends
- Clinics closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Easter, with early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and July 4th
