Job Description
The Quality Senior is responsible for monitoring wood parts during manufacturing to ensure the parts meet all the performance specifications and customer quality requirements while supporting overall production goals. This is a hybrid role that spends approximately 60% of the time on the production floor, providing hands-on support through machine operation, training, mentoring, resolving quality related issues, and using quality data and experience to guide production decisions and actions that drive improvement.
