Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Handling of Downstream operations for commercial batch manufacturing of PEGGSCF E. colibased product.

Handling of critical equipment like Chromatography columns and systems, Ultrafiltration and Difiltration Systems, Process vessels etc.

Well Versed with Protein purification concepts like, Chromatography, Filtration, centrifugation, etc.

Work in a manufacturing team for 24 x7 hrs in 3 shifts.

Compliance with current GMP guidance and EHS policies.

Coordination with cross functional teams for completion of batches on time.

Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Operational Control Procedures.

Updating of Batch manufacturing record and other GMP record following ALCOA principles
