Join Us as a Clinical Program Development Specialist!
The Clinical Program Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing innovative clinical programs that expand the organization’s ABA service offerings. This role will ensure that all programs are evidence-based, clinically effective, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards. This position collaborates closely with clinical leadership, BCBAs, and operational teams to drive program quality, staff training, and measurable outcomes for clients and families.
What You'll Do:
Program Development & Innovation
Design, develop, and refine new clinical programs aligned with organizational goals and initiatives
Build scalable models for group therapy services and family guidance that can be implemented across locations
Establish program structure, curriculums, materials, and implementation protocols
Evaluate program effectiveness and social validity, and iterate based on data and outcomes
Family Guidance Development & Oversight
Develop a structured family guidance framework (e.g., onboarding through advanced support)
Create training materials, tools, and delivery models (in-person, virtual, group)
Partner with clinical and operational teams to integrate training into existing service delivery
Deliver engaging and effective family guidance sessions to clients
Monitor family engagement fidelity, social validity, and clinical outcomes
Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per month of group family guidance
After School Program Development & Oversight
Design and launch a social skills group program, including curriculum, intake criteria, and staffing models
Oversee pilot implementation and scale across regions
Ensure clinical quality and alignment with evidence-based ABA practices
Collaborate with operational teams on scheduling, staffing, and center logistics
Implementation and Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with regional and local leaders to implement programs effectively
Train and support providers to ensure fidelity of program models
Develop implementation timelines, SOPs, and rollout strategies
Identify and mitigate barriers to adoption across teams
Clinical Quality & Outcomes
Define KPIs and success metrics for program development initiatives
Track outcomes, analyze data, and report on program performance
Ensure clinical integrity and adherence to best practices
Other Duties
Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned by the executive leadership team
What You'll Need
Must live in: AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA
Must have LBA in at least one of the following states: New Jersey, Maryland, North Carolina, or Arizona
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
3+ years of BCBA experience in supervisory, leadership, or quality-focused role
Minimum one year of relevant job-related experience, including creating and executing clinical programming initiatives
Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working in Electronic Health Records, preference given to those with CentralReach experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to travel on a quarterly basis
Work Location & Hours:
This is a full‑time, REMOTE position. Candidates must reside in one of these states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA. Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per hour.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
