Patient Benefits Specialist - Full time - Langhorne, PA

You’ll play a vital role in supporting patients by verifying insurance benefits, coordinating pre-authorizations, and ensuring accurate billing—helping patients navigate their care and receive their product with clarity and compassion.
What You’ll Do:
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and obtain pre-certifications
- Collect and prepare required documentation to meet payer guidelines (PPO, HMO, Managed Care)
- Code and process work orders for accurate data entry and billing
- Communicate clearly with patients about coverage details, financial responsibilities, and billing questions
- Collaborate with physicians, payers, and patients to resolve insurance and billing inquiries
- Ensure patient files are complete and compliant before submission to billing
- Support efficient workflow and maintain professional, courteous communication throughout
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance representatives
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical terminology or coding knowledge is a plus
- Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and delivering excellent customer service
