Physical Therapy Assistant, Homecare

1.0 FTE; M-F 8-4:30pm. This position will be covering our Wisconsin side, which is the western part of St. Croix County- northern part of River Falls, Hudson, Hammond, Baldwin, New Richmond, Somerset, Deer Park, Houlton, etc.; paid time to drive and paid mileage.
