Job Description

Be Challenged and Make a Difference

In a world of technology, people make the difference. We believe if we invest in great people, then great things will happen. At AnaVation, we provide unmatched value to our customers and employees through innovative solutions and an engaging culture.

Description of Task to be Performed:

AnaVation is looking for an Action Officer to provide support for a U.S. Army program. The ideal candidate has budget knowledge, strong communication skills, previous experience in a similar role, and is enthusiastic about being part of a mission-critical team.

This Action Officer provides essential financial management support to the Division Budget Lead within a 100% customer-funded environment, ensuring the timely and accurate coordination of complex budget requirements critical to maintaining customer support. The role is focused on the comprehensive tracking of diverse financial instruments including CADs, 7600s, MIPRs, obligations, and disbursements—across numerous project lines at the branch and division levels. By assisting the Budget Lead in managing these high-volume fiscal tasks, the contractor will mitigate significant operational risks and eliminate a single point of failure within the division's most mission-critical function, thereby ensuring consistent financial stability and mission execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Financial Instrument Tracking: Monitor and manage various financial documents including CADs, 7600s, and MIPRs.
  • Execution Monitoring: Track and report on obligations and disbursements across numerous branch-level project lines.
  • Budget Lead Support: Assist the Division Budget Lead in coordinating complex financial requirements for customer-funded programs.
  • Operational Continuity: Provide redundancy and a "safety net" for mission-critical financial functions to prevent service gaps.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with branch leads and customers to ensure accurate funding data and support acquisition goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
