Role Overview… The Intake and Information Specialist is responsible for the intake of clients and maintaining information and resources in the resource centre for all client use. The Intake and Information Specialist works with Self-Directed clients and may be asked to provide support in both the Cambridge and Kitchener locations. The Intake and Information Specialist will deliver quality service within a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

This role requires regular travel across the region, which may not always be easily accessible through public transit. The employee must be able to arrange their own transportation to these sites. Valid G driver’s license and full time vehicle access is strongly recommended.
