Job Summary

We have an opportunity to join the Darwin warehouse team as a store person/delivery driver.

Job Description

This permanent role will be part of a small team of dedicated employees who play an important role in ensuring critical medical equipment and products are delivered to the Darwin hospital and healthcare facilities.

A typical day will see you doing a variety of tasks including:

• Unloading of deliveries and putting away stock

• Organising daily delivery runs based on sales order information

• Pick, pack and dispatch of customer orders 

• Replenishment of stock into pick locations using forklift and at times, manual lifting.

• Maintain a safe and clean workspace

This role is Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.06pm with a 30 min lunch break

Uniforms are provided (hi-vis polo shirts and either shorts or trousers) 

$31 hourly rate, plus superannuation and leave entitlements

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Prior experience in a warehouse is ideal, however we are willing to train the right person who is interested in a career in warehousing

• Current Drivers license 

• Current Forklift license (LF)

• A good work ethic and willingness to learn
