Job Title: Sr. Staff SAP Sales & GATP

Job Duties:
Lead the initiative to establish a team of subject matter experts, gather and analyze business requirements, design, build, and implement systems, and provide hypercare support in the areas of SAP Sales, SAP GATP/aATP. Work closely with IT and various cross‐functional business groups to ensure seamless integration and operation. Responsible for the assessment, readiness evaluation, strategic transformation plan design, and tactical execution and implementation of the firm's digital technologies to improve employee and customer experiences, operational efficiency and productivity. Provide SAP platform and development standards for project teams to develop solutions that leverage SAP best practice and comply with architecture standards. Develop best practices solutions in the field of Sales Order creation and fulfilment, Back Order Processing as the point of contact in identifying latest trends in the field of Operations and evaluate appropriate solutions to drive efficiency. Lead projects in SAP Sales & GATP / aATP from inception to completion, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations, ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Monitor and measure the success of digital transformation projects and make adjustments as necessary. Oversee and provide guidance to SAP IT Outsourcer for application administration, development, configuration, escalations, and facilitate continuous improvement activities across the SAP platform. Identify opportunities for process improvements, suggest digital solutions, and implement changes to enhance system performance and promote a culture for adoption of automation to improve process efficiency, productivity and effectiveness. Actively engage with operations leaders to identify business problems that are conducive to AI and/or automation solutions in line with digital transformation (DT) road map and vision. Uphold the digital transformation roadmaps and strategies align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field and 5 years of experience in the offered position or experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise) on HANA or Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field and 2 years of experience in the offered position or experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise) on HANA

Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be quantified by time. Required expertise/knowledge includes:
· Experience in supply chain management systems processes, including order management, materials management, logistics execution, and related supply chain workflows.
· SAP Sales & GATP / aATP expert with experience in configuring, deploying and managing SAP in the areas of Sales Order creation and fulfilment & Back Order Processing in an IT business application role. Preferrable experience in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA.
· Experience in Quotation, Sales order processing, Pricing, Contracts, POS, Back-order Processing, Rules based ATP / Alternate based confirmation, Master data related to these & cross functional applications in SAP
· Experience with integrating SAP with external systems using middleware tools such as SAP CPI, Seeburger, Mule soft and SBI Integrator
· Experience in project leadership, including greenfield SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
· Computer Skills:
o Experience with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing), including SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA environments.
o Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and enterprise business applications.
o Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, including navigation, functional usage, and applied business processes.
o Experience with SAP ECC (Enterprise Central component) platform and functionality.
o Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related productivity tools.
Annual Salary: salary range - $143,146 to 205,400/ year
Full-time: 40 hours/week
