Opportunity Highlights:

• General Ob/Gyn Practice
• 12 provider group – 9 physicians, 3 Advanced Practice Providers (NP)
• 20-22 Patients per day
• Monday thru Thursday (8am – 4:45pm) – Friday (8am – 12noon)
• Robotic Surgery
• Providers rotate to different locations depending on the needs
• Location:  OBGYN in Jacksonville at Baptist South | Women's Care

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MD/DO
• Current and Unrestricted State Medical License or ability to obtain
• Current and Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• Ob/Gyn Board Certified/Board Eligible (ABOG, AOBOG)
• Completion of ACGME Ob/Gyn Residency Program
• Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
• Active BLS Certification
