$54,690.00 - $82,035.00We are seeking a self-motivated candidate for an Academic Coordinator position to join the Faculty Practice Central Administration team.The Academic Coordinator provides high level administrative support to Chief Operating Officer of the Faculty Practice and related staff to ensure efficient office operations. The individual in this role requires broad knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and operations. Maintains calendar schedules, confirms appointments and arranges for meeting rooms or facilities. Prepares agendas or presentations, takes, transcribes and distributes notes or minutes. Transcribes orders in the EMR system. Works collaboratively on programs and special events, prepares and submits invoices for central practice operations.
- Able to communicate effectively on a wide range of issues with internal and/or external customers, and initiate follow-up actions.
- Generate content for Department Newsletter to distribute to both internal and external contacts.
- Able to handle privileged data, maintaining confidentiality and discretion with the nature of the business.
- Coordination of symposiums in conjunction with the CME office.
- Able to work with others to accomplish tasks, be flexible in work practices, procedures, and/or processes and work effectively with others to find solutions.
- Creates Qualtrics surveys and organizes the results to disseminate to the appropriate parties.
- Able to coordinate resources, including personnel, toward fulfillment of desired objectives.
- Able to research data online and present findings.
- Coordinates offsite meetings, dinners and travel arrangements as needed.
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite Products.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
