You enjoy building trusted relationships and helping clients get real value from the solutions they use. You’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment where you can take ownership and try new ideas. With experience in the legal sector, you understand how firms work and the challenges they face. You listen well, communicate clearly and build genuine rapport with people at all levels. You’re confident guiding conversations, handling objections and finding the right outcome for both the customer and the business.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Own the full sales process for software subscriptions and solutions, from building relationships to closing deals and meeting your targets.

  • Grow your customer base by spotting opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and ensure a smooth handover to the project team once a sale is agreed.

  • Respond quickly to enquiries, work closely with colleagues to support clients and lead meetings with stakeholders, including senior leaders.

  • Work with marketing and product teams on targeted campaigns, track performance and adjust your approach to keep results on track.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in business-to-business sales in the legal sector, with a good understanding of software products and market trends.

  • A self-driven approach, able to manage your time and priorities without close supervision.

  • A collaborative style, enjoying being part of a small team and contributing to shared goals.

  • Willingness to travel for events such as exhibitions, seminars and sales meetings, with a valid UK driving licence.
